We Are Still Here
I recently spoke with a client that we did some work for last year. I was calling her to check in and make sure everything was still working well. When she answered the phone and I said hello, she said, “You guys are still in business?”
I asked why she thought we we no longer available and she said she didn’t know, but so many businesses are closing these days both big and small that its hard to keep track. We asked ourselves, how can we let our clients know that we are still going strong. We thought a monthly newsletter would be a great way for us to connect with you and also let you know as new technology becomes available or changes in technology that could effect your current system. As always we are here to serve you with any of your audio & video needs and we look forward to anything you need us for.
Recent History
Five years ago we closed our retail division and we have never looked back. Our client base spreads from Beverly Hills to Santa Ynez, we have an office in Ventura and warehouse in Santa Barbara. Our clients are enjoying that we are tillable for home consultations, that we can visit, make a proposal and then do an installation without having to leave the comfort of their homes. We do very little advertising and have learned over these 5 years that our projects come from repeat clients ready to update their system, from other trades that we partner with and most of all from referrals. If you should have an opportunity to refer us to friends, family or colleagues we promise to take good care of them.
Over the past 5 years we have distanced ourselves from whole house control systems that are many times over engineered and over designed causing many follow up service calls. We have gone to a very simple design approach, Custom Remote control systems, Sonos whole house solutions, Camera systems, Home theater designs that are easy to use and operate and what our clients have been telling us these past years is, “WOW this sounds amazing! This is EASY to use, Thank you so much.”
